Superfine metal pure iron powder is produced by the process of liquid chemosynthesis, and has some good characteristics, such as high purity, superfine and controlled particle size distribution and etc. We have exploited a series of products according to customers' demands, and our products are applied widely to some traditional and new fields, such as Powder metallurgy (MIM), Magnetism Material (SMC), Fake-prevented printing, Chemical Petroleum, Micro-electron, Compound material, Environment engineering and so on. Superfine metal pure iron powder is manufactured by the two processes. At first, we manufacture raw powder by the process of chemical liquid sedimentation synthesis. Then we sinter the raw powder and deoxidize it into metal iron by high temperature. In order to obtain the products of different granularity and different apparent density, we classify the powders of different particle size by high-speed air current technology in later process, so that it can obtain the iron powder of different specifications and different purpose. This iron powder has the advantages of superfine particle size and controlled particle size distribution and density. So it's application area is extensive.
